Job Summary:

The project manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of any project in which includes managing a team of employees to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets.

Job Description:

  • Oversee the onboarding of new client projects, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
  • Lead daily stand-up meetings, reviews, and decision-making processes to promote effective adaptation and continuous improvement.
  • Assist the Product Owner in refining and prioritizing the Product Backlog, ensuring tasks are well-defined and actionable.
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with clients to update them on project progress and gather any additional requirements.
  • Utilize MS Project and Azure DevOps to manage, track, and report on both internal and client-facing project statuses and milestones.
  • Organize and lead planning meetings, aligning with both internal development goals and client timelines.
  • Mentor the development team in Agile methodologies, focusing on delivering high-quality features in each phase.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to select Product Backlog Items for each phase that align with client needs and are achievable within the given timeframe.
  • Prepare and execute a comprehensive GO LIVE plan, coordinating with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep senior management, business stakeholders, and clients informed on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Liaise with resource managers to allocate and coordinate both internal and external project resources effectively.
  • Prepare Customer Requests (CRs) and conduct meetings to facilitate the understanding and alignment of client needs, as well as the selection of services and products required for client implementations.
  • Ensure all team activities adhere to internal policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
  • Implement phase containment strategies, ensuring all deliverables meet both internal and client-agreed quality criteria.
  • Maintain an updated list of project statuses, categorizing them as pending, active, closed, or on-hold, and ensure lessons learned are documented for future reference.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent.
  • 4 – 6 Years work experience.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on project planning and management.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with RPA is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage teams remotely.
