Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and adaptable Sales Executive to join our Saudi Arabia team. The ideal candidate will focus on B2B client engagement, developing relationships, and promoting automation and IT solutions that create measurable business value. The role requires strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, a quick ability to learn complex technologies, and experience using CRM systems to manage the sales cycle effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi market.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyze client needs and propose automation and IT solutions tailored to their challenges.
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to decision-makers.
- Accurately manage sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless client support.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of complex solutions.
- Experience working with CRM systems and structured pipeline management.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with teams.
