Systems Engineer – Admin and Technical

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled RPA Installation and Technical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft servers, advanced Azure cloud solutions, networking, and virtualization. This role involves installing, configuring, and managing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, providing technical leadership, and consulting on solutions. The candidate will also serve as the internal administrator for RPA projects, ensuring seamless integration and operation of RPA technologies within our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Azure Cloud Management:
  • Design, implement, and manage solutions in Azure cloud environments.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of cloud-based RPA solutions.
  • Collaborate with cloud architects to optimize Azure resources.

• Networking and Virtualization:
  • Configure and manage network components to support RPA deployment.
  • Implement and maintain virtualized environments to host RPA tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and virtualization issues.

• Solution Consulting:
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and present solution proposals and documentation.
  • Provide expert advice on RPA implementation and process automation strategies.

• Internal Administration:
  • Serve as the internal admin for RPA tools and platforms.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security settings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

  • Install, configure, and maintain RPA solutions.
  • Ensure RPA tools are integrated with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Manage and monitor RPA environments to ensure optimal performance.

  • Lead the technical design and architecture of RPA solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft servers and advanced Azure cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of networking principles and virtualization technologies.
• Proven experience in RPA installation, configuration, and management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Microsoft Azure certification (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator).
• Experience with solution consulting and technical leadership roles.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
