At Invest Bank, we successfully implemented a customer engagement solution using ChatGPT as a digital agent, integrated with Blue Prism RPA. The solution focuses on handling secure messages received through the bank’s mobile app and online banking platforms. These messages, often written in free text, previously required human analysis. By leveraging GPT’s Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities, the system can now analyze the text and trigger one of 45 robots or services in the backend. This integration has significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of processing secure messages, reducing the need for manual intervention and enhancing the overall customer experience.
